MAFFRA SAGE DERBY
Maffra’s Sage Derby has a firm texture and creamy aftertaste, which is well complemented by the gentle overtones of crushed sage leaves. Based on the British Derby, this cheese was originally only made for special events such as Christmas and Harvest. Serve grated on top of scrambled or poached eggs. Goes well with a Chardonnay.
